Everyone is welcome; no prior skills are necessary.
Bring a mask, snorkel and fins if you have them — we also have equipment you can borrow. Wear your bathers, and bring a towel and water bottle.
Spectators are recommended to get in the water too, since you can't see that much from the surface. The shallow part of the pool is a great viewing platform.
The cost of training is $10, and you must be a member of AUSC and AU Sport (club requirement, as well as for insurance). Refer to the Membership page on how to join AUSC and AU Sport.

During scheduled beginner programs on Wednesday evenings (e-mail UWR Enquiries to confirm next dates) - be there at 7:45 p.m. for a 8:00 p.m. start.
Alternatively if no dedicated beginner program is running, new members are welcome in joining in Adelaide Aquatic Centre training on Thursday nights (refer below).
As per beginner program cost, or otherwise $10 payable to the club.
